Status: Permanent – Part time hours to be worked flexibly including regular evenings and weekends
Salary: £9.90 – £12.34 per hour, dependent on experience, plus contributory pension and health cash plan scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rated)
Location: BLGC sites

About the role

Bolton Lads and Girls Club is aiming to recruit a team of talented youth arts workers with a diverse set of skills and expertise. Highly motivated, you will work with the Play and Youth Work Managers as well as other staff and volunteers to grow, develop, and deliver a high-quality challenging, stimulating, fun, engaging and developmental arts offer for hundreds of children and young people each week.

You will be involved with planning and delivering a varied programme enabling young people to explore their creativity and grow their skills.

About you

You will be equally passionate about the arts and about making a difference to the lives of children and young people, inspiring them to grow, develop and achieve their potential. In addition to having relevant experience, you will have a flair for engaging young people and building positive relationships through role modelling behaviours and a positive hands-on can-do attitude will be part of your natural style.
