Our team is made up of full-time staff, part-time sessional workers and more than 300 volunteers. Every single person makes a vital contribution to the daily running of the Club, which is led by our chief executive Karen Edwards.

Volunteering at BLGC
Without our trusted volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to provide such a wide range of services for the young people of Bolton. We’re always looking for new people to get involved – and some of our full-time staff members started out as volunteers.
If you’re a passionate, energetic person with a bit of spare time to offer each week, volunteering is a great opportunity to meet new friends, develop new skills and contribute to the local community. Most importantly, you’ll be helping young people to meet their potential.
You can read about the experiences of some of current volunteers at the Volunteer for BLGC page.
